ACCOUNT AND DATA REQUESTS
Delete your Entangled Chaos data.
The current game is a development prototype. This page explains how to remove local progress or request deletion of cloud records if you have used its optional online features.
Request deletion of cloud data
- Email lnttapps@gmail.com with the subject Entangled Chaos data deletion.
- Tell us whether you used Google sign-in or guest mode, and which account the request concerns. Include your game account identifier if you have it. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, or a child's personal information.
- We will confirm account ownership before processing the request. After verification, we remove the account's cloud progress, submitted scores achievements, wallet balances, item operations and leaderboard profile records. We will email you when the request has been processed.
Removing the game's access from your Google account stops that provider connection. To remove game records already stored in our service, also send the deletion request above. This does not delete your Google account.
Remove local game data
On Android, clear the game's app storage in your device settings. On iOS, delete the app using Delete App; offloading it preserves its documents. Removing local storage does not delete server records or any device backups. Account sync may restore cloud progress unless those records have also been deleted.
Local data includes progress, inventory, diamond balance, language and sound preferences. Cloud records, when present, include your provider account identifier, round results, stars, scores, furthest progress achievements, wallet balances, item operations and leaderboard profile photo URL.
Deletion requests concern data controlled by Entangled Chaos. Google, app stores and hosting providers handle their own records under their respective policies. See our privacy notice.
